Nate's Grandma is almost in her 90's so the family decided to have a family reunion to get everyone together to see her. It was initially going to be here in Utah because she was living here but a few months ago she moved to Oklahoma because she has 2 daughters there that could take care of her. The family decided to change the location so she didn't have to travel back. We were excited to go because my kids and I have never met half the family and Nate hasn't seen his Uncles, Aunts and cousins for years. We decided to drive so packed up the car and drove through Wyoming, Colorado and Kansas then on the way back we took the old Route 66 through Texas and New Mexico then back into Utah. We had a lot of fun and saw some beautiful country. It was good to see and meet Nate's family and we hope to see them again soon!
On the road!

Great pictures! It's great you guys were able to meet the rest of Nate's family.
You are a brave woman! But it looks like you were super prepared and had lots of fun! Someday I will have the guts to take my kids that far...
