California & Oregon

We went on another road trip this summer. We started in Sacramento, California for a Smith family reunion. We get together every two years and go wherever the planner wants to have it. It was fun to see Uncles and cousins we don't see very often. We then drove almost the entire way up the Oregon coast. We love going up there and it has been a few years since we were there last. We have one really beautiful day were we enjoyed the beach then the other days were typical northwest weather with light showers and we needed jackets. We made our way to North Bend, Oregon and stayed a few days at my Aunts house. My uncle took us fishing and crabbing. The best part of that was eating it! It was such a fun trip and the kids could have lived on the beach!

SWIMMING

We have loved our pool. With us being the only family still in Utah, Grandma and Poppy decided to give it to us knowing we would use it more at our house than theirs. We have gotten in it almost everyday. Kale and Ellie are little fish swimming all around. They get more and more comfortable with the water each year and I am hoping by next year, the floaties will come off!

24th of July and Carey's Visit

Uncle Carey and his family came for a visit. It was fun for the kids to see their cousins. We don't see them very often and loved every minute. Kale and Ellie had fun swimming and playing with Cameron, Emma and Landon. We spent the 24th of July with them having a BBQ, swimming and doing fireworks.

Bee's Game

The Bee's season is almost over so we decided to go to a game. We sat on the grass and had a great time. Kale wanted to sit on the grass because if a ball came over the fence you could get it and keep it! We only had one ball come over and no, we didn't get it! We had fun eating ice cream and popcorn and watching the game. We sat right were Mr Bee came out so the kids had fun seeing him!
