Kale campout

The scout leaders had a wonderful camp planned for the boys.  They told the boys they were going on a backpacking trip but really, they were going to hike a very short ways to Lake Powell.  Once at Lake Powell, they had two boats that they were going to play on. All went wrong though.  The boys got lost and the people with boats started hiking up to find them.  Both could not find each other.  The boys were not prepared with water so they ran out.  One boy who was told not to take a cell phone but did, had the only service and they were able to call emergency services.  Kale realized their situation and told the boys they needed to read the scriptures together.  After prayers, the emergency people found them and had lots of water.  They took the boys to a local park to spend the night and then they came home.  It was a scary situation but the boys experienced a few miracles and the hand of God in the whole thing.
