Thanksgiving in Idaho

November 2018

Hailey had a baby (Lily Mae) on November 15.  She almost came on my birthday! Sharma, Rob and Maddi flew in for Thanksgiving to see their new granddaughter.  We decided to get a hotel and join them in Rexburg, Idaho for Thanksgiving.  We were in charge of the turkey and rolls.  I brined the turkey a couple of days before and it came with us in the car.  

 We started our trip at krispy kreme to get a hot, just cooked donut.

 We stopped in a few towns that had murals to take pictures.

 We stopped in Blackfoot to visit the potato museum

 As soon as we got to Rexburg, we had to hold this new baby.  

 We hung out at Hailey and Sam's apartment playing games and watching movies.

 Each day, we took advantage of the pool and hot tub at the hotel.

 We drove to the Rexburg temple. 

 We had great feast on Thanksgiving.  We had some really great food.

 We spent a couple of hours playing games at the club house at Hailey and Sam's apartment. 

 And of course we had to keep holding the baby!

 On the way back home, we stopped in Pocatello at the "Clean Museum".
