Grandma and Poppy spent two weeks in the MTC. We went and picked them up and took them to the airport. They had a great time at the MTC and were ready to go out to the field.

Cake decorating

Our neighbor does cooking classes for kids during the summer. This summer, she did a cake decorating class. Ellie got to decorate the cake and bring the entire thing home to eat. It was a root beer flavored cake.
Camping
July 2018
We decided to drive up the mountains behind our house and camp for the night. We found a secluded place and pitched our tent. It was a fun night to enjoy each other and nature.
Max
July 2018
Max can entertain himself for hours. We bought some chalk paint spray bottles he sprayed onto the driveway. After doing bb guns at scout camp, Max came home and wanted to shoot the one we have at home.
Costumes
June 2018
Grandma left all of her costumes with us. Max has had a lot of fun putting them on and playing around with them.

Cub scout day camp
July 2018
Max got to attend cub scout day camp again this year. It is always a ton of fun.
Max bought a whip at cup camp and was so excited to come home and try it out. Dad put a metal pole in the middle of the back yard so he could whip it.
