Christmas landed on a Thursday this year and Dad had to work so Santa was so kind to come to our house on Friday!! The kids got to open a present on Christmas then the next day, we celebrated with Santa's arrival!
Ellie had a tooth that would not fall out and the other tooth was growing in. We went to the dentist for a checkup and he popped it right out and he gave her a little treasure box to put in it!
LOVE when the kids are home with a break in school. We made toilet paper roll nativities, and Harry Potter wands. Our family candy tradition is making chocolate peanut butter balls. We always have to make about 4 times what the recipe calls for because we eat so many!
Grandma and Poppy reserved their church for a big thanksgiving. We had Tee and her family, a couple missionaries from temple square, Mike and Gail, and us! We spent the day doing crafts, playing games and eating lots of food!
Ellie chose to be baptized when she turned 8. She picked out a beautiful white dress. Max thought she looked like a princess and even helped her out of the car because she was so beautiful! She is so lucky also to have a Dad who is worthy to baptize her!
October is full of Halloween fun. We had a halloween carnival at the church with the ward, the kids got to have a halloween parade at school and they went trick or treating around the neighborhood. They each spread their candy out on the floor and went through inventory!
We haven't had a professional family picture-ever! My friend Liz took the pictures and we went out to the great salt lake and had a perfect evening to take pictures. They turned out so good!
